Refund policy

Buyer can request for refund within 15 days the order is shipped out from our facility.  Shipping and handling charge is not refundable.  Absolutely no refund will be given for any product if it is shipped back without  an approved and valid Restocking Authorization number (RA number).  Package without a valid RA number may be refused and shipped back at customer's own cost.  RA number is valid for 10 days after the date the number is assigned.
